I had to reach out to customer service about an issue with my order, which I realized while I was checking my email after dinner. The person I talked to was friendly and did help get everything sorted out, so I do appreciate that. It just took longer than I expected to get a clear answer, and I ended up having to follow up once. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either.

My order from Plow & Hearth arrived without any drama, which I always appreciate. The box looked clean, was taped up well, and didn’t have that rough, tossed-around look some packages have.

Everything inside was packed nice and snug, and I didn’t find any cracks, scratches, or bent pieces. Reading between the lines, it felt like someone actually took the time to pack it properly instead of just throwing it in a box and hoping for the best.

i was really happy with how it showed up. It’s just nice to open a delivery and not have to deal with damaged corners or broken stuff right away.

It does look really nice in the room, so I can see why they’d lead with the design in the photos. But it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping. It’s fine if you’re just sitting for a little while, but after that I start noticing it. Kind of feels like more effort went into making it look appealing than making it something you’d actually want to lounge in.

I had a problem with one of my chairs after a few months, kind of like when a screw loosens, or a cushion starts shifting, or something just doesn’t feel right anymore. I reached out to Plow & Hearth about the warranty, and it did take a couple days to get a response, so it wasn’t instant like a live chat, or a quick text back, or ordering something on Amazon. But once they got back to me, they were friendly, helpful, and didn’t make it a hassle. They sent out the replacement part, and that pretty much solved it. The timing could’ve been better, but they did take care of the issue, which is really what I was hoping for.

Nothing had that cheap, flimsy feel you sometimes get with home items online. It all matched the photos well, felt sturdy, and so far it’s been holding up nicely. Shipping was totally fine too. I’ve been using this firewood rack for a bit now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. It holds the wood nicely, feels sturdy enough, and keeps everything more organized than just stacking logs on the ground. The only thing I noticed is that the cover fits a little tight, so you kind of have to work it into place instead of just tossing it on quickly. It’s not a huge problem, and once it’s on, it does the job, but it’s worth mentioning. My only real complaint is that it feels a little expensive for what it is, but it does work well.
